Washington Hotel (1903) (ADVERT 63)
Summary
Originally named the Denny Hotel, the building opened in 1903 under the ownership of James Moore. It had been constructed in the years following the Great Seattle Fire, but remained closed for 10 years due to disagreements between developers and economic trouble. In 1906, the hotel was demolished before the Denny Regrade.
