Warwick, R.I., Jan. 7, 2013 -- James N. Russo, left, federal coordinating officer in charge of FEMA's Hurricane Sandy response and recovery program in Rhode Island, swore in six new employees from The Ocean State on January 7, 2013. From left, they are, Augusto Faria, Hillary Slocum, Carissa Lord, Lacey Laflamme, Kim DiCecco and Nancy Howland. A seventh new local hire, Mike Campilio, was not present for the swearing in ceremony.
