HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (Jul. 22, 2011) Vice Adm. Kevin McCoy, commander, Naval Sea Systems Command, right, and Gen. Ann Dunwoody, U.S. Army Material Command sign a formal memorandum of understanding that provides veterans with a service-connected disability of 30 percent or more, with additional opportunities to gain employment through both the Naval Sea Systems Command and Army Mobility Command's network of field activities and posts nationwide.
