Launched October 21, 1797. The United States Navy's oldest and most famous warship on her annual turnabout cruise in Boston Harbor. Length - 204'. Beam - 44'8". Draft - 22'6". Speed - 13 1/2 knots. Displacement - 2200 knots. Guns: 30 - 24 pounders, 22 - 32 Pound Carronades. "Old Ironsides" was victorious in all her battles.
