MILLINGTON, Tenn. (May 7, 2010) Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) the Honorable Ray Mabus tours areas of Naval Support Activity-Mid South that were damaged by flooding. The base was closed to residents and non-mission essential personnel after two days of rain dumped more than 14 inches in the area, flooding parts of the base.
