KASHIWAZAKI, Japan (July 21, 2007) - Members of the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force and U.S. Navy install two air conditioning units at the Kenno Community Center. The Sailors and 13 other Seabees from Naval Air Facility Atsugi were dispatched to help install air conditioning units at various community centers in the city that are acting as evacuation centers.
