U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Melissa Valencia waits to ground-guide a 7-ton onto the U.S.N.S Pililaau (TAKR-304) during a maritime prepositioning force (MPF) onload April 22, 2019 at Subic Bay International Airport, Republic of the Philippines. The Marines are preparing to onload equipment that was recently used for Exercise Balikatan 2019. The MPF allows Marines to move vehicles and utilities that are essential to complete missions throughout the Indo-Pacific.
