U.S. Army soldiers from the Cultural Support Team and Female Treatment Team are introduced to members of the women's shura held at a local compound in the village of Oshay, Uruzgan province, Afghanistan, May 4, 2011. With the support of U.S. special operation forces, the CST and FTT are working closely together in order to bring health education to women in the area, as well as give them a voice in the district.
