U.S. Army Sgt. Stallard, an engineer assigned to 1413th Engineer Co., 113th Engineer Battalion, Indiana Army National Guard, trains Afghan National Army soldiers assigned to the 215th Corps, and an Afghan civilian from the Department of Public Works on various infrastructure maintenance skills aboard Forward Operating Base Tombstone, Helmand province, Afghanistan, Aug. 4, 2014. The course is designed to provide Afghans with formal instruction and practical application with the equipment they will inherit as coalition forces withdraw.
