William Stepp, a crew chief with A Company, 2-238th Aviation Regiment, 11th Aviation Command, briefs U.S. Marines assigned to the 3rd Air Naval Gunfire Liaison Company prior to their airborne operations training at Joint Forces Training Base, Los Alamitos, Calif., April 10, 2015. The 3rd ANGLICO conducts this training quarterly to maintain proficiency in low-level static line parachuting techniques using the MC-7 parachute system.
