Waltower, a parachute rigger assigned to the 421st Quartermaster Company, 143rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), packs a personnel parachute during annual training at Muñiz Air National Guard Base in Carolina, Puerto Rico, July 16, 2013. The Fort Valley, Ga., based rigger unit conducted three weeks of exercises, which included personnel, equipment and vehicle airdrops at multiple locations across Puerto Rico.
