U.S. Army Maj. Gen. John F. King, commander of U.S. Army North’s Task Force-51, conducts a site survey of South Carolina National Guard Engineers as they build a barrier to prevent flooding off of highway 501 in Conway, S.C., Sept. 18, 2018.
