U.S. Army Brig. Gen. Douglas A. Sims, the commanding general of Task Force Forge, offers remarks during a transfer of authority ceremony at Camp Shorab, Afghanistan, April 29, 2017. The unit relinquished command as the main advisory element in Helmand Province to the U.S. Marine unit Task Force Southwest.
