This image was possibly taken during the United States Navy visit to Sydney in 1925. The man standing on far left is a US naval officer (possibly a lieutenant), standing next to him is possibly a petty officer with the following three, US Marines. The man standing far right is Major-General C H Brand (District Commandant). He is wearing georgette patches so he is probably a colonel or higher. The men kneeling are all sailors.
