Summary
Two CH-47 Chinook helicopters from the 2nd Battalion, 501 Aviation Regiment, Combat Aviation Brigade, 1st Armored Division delivered food and water from FEMA to the residents in the isolated region of Coamo, Puerto Rico, Oct. 19, 2017, following the devastation caused by Hurricane Maria. CAB Soldiers assisted FEMA and Homeland Security agents in unloading the multiple pallets of supplies and will continue supporting the many local and federal responders caring for the needs of our fellow citizens.
