Rescue and salvage ships render assistance to disabled ships, provide towing, salvage, diving, firefighting and heavy lift capabilities. Grapple is well known for her role in recovering wreckage from TWA Flight 800 using the Navys Remote Operated Vehicle (ROV) Deep Drone at depths to 120 feet.
