Summary
Satire on the French (No.1): a grinning man with a long queue and a muff hanging from his shoulder is standings holding a pair of shears and wooden box that serves as a stool; under his left arm is a struggling dog; behind him hangs a sign with three fleur-de-lis, lettered, "La Vengeance de Crotteur Royal tond des Chiens Proprement". 25 April 1771
