The Coast Guard Cutter Dauntless seized approximately 215 pounds of cocaine and apprehended three Jamaican and two Guyanese smugglers following the interdiction of the Guyanese fishing vessel Chrispoph July 2, 2015, approximately 170 nautical miles south of the Dominican Republic. The seized contraband has an estimated wholesale value of $3.2 million dollars and was transferred in San Juan, Puerto Rico, July 11, 2015, along with the detainees, to special agents from the Caribbean Corridor Strike Force for prosecution.
