Tech. Sgt. The Wyoming Air National Guard C-130, assigned to the 153rd Airlift Wing, will use the Modular Airborne FireFighting System II, to battle the wildfires. Two C-130s and 30 Airmen, from the Wyoming Air National Guard, will be based in Boise, Idaho, to fight fires in Nevada, Utah and Idaho. The 153rd Airlift Wing is one of four Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve units assigned MAFFS missions.
