DJIBOUTI (May. 15, 2008) Steelworker 2nd Class Thomas Rexhouse splashes water on a wall before applying cement at the Notre Dame Debolas school in Djibouti. Rexhouse, a native of Fishkill, N.Y., is assigned to Naval Moblie Construction Battalion (NMCB) 74 and is on a six-month deployment to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa.
