Sidewall (probably England), ca. 1855 (CH 18612803)
Summary
A gothic paper, originally light toned but which has been darkened by varnish. Two motifs alternate vertically. One is a Gothic chamber with vaulted ceilings. The other is composed of a carved stone canopy behind which are two double arched leaded windows - "a" and "b" have remnants of a frieze at top. Red flock with gold - see letters from donor.
