PORTLAND, Me. (Aug. 2, 2005) The Coast Guard Cutter Sanibel, a 110-foot Island Class Patrol Boat from Woods Hole, Mass., patrols the Portland Harbor as part of security measures for Secretary of Homeland Security Michael Chertoff's visit here.
