Summary
Albert J. Hansen was hired by the Seattle Police Department shortly before this photograph was taken. In the image, Hansen and his fiancee Helen Zeek strike a humorous pose, with Helen dressed in Albert's recently acquired police uniform, holding a handcuffed Albert, who is wearing a dress and mugging for the camera.
