BALTIMORE (Jun. 13, 2012) Sailors assigned to USS Constitution perform 17th century boarding pike drills at Patterson Park as a part of Baltimore's Star Spangled Sailabration. Constitution Sailors are participating in the War of 1812 Bicentennial Commemoration, a series of city visits by the Navy, Coast Guard, Marine Corps and Operation Sail.
