Royal Thai Navy Chief Petty Officer 1 Pairate Ruksawong, Construction Engineer Regiment, from Rayong province, Thailand, pours concrete during exercise Cobra Gold 2018, Feb. 7, 2018. Soldiers and sailors from the Royal Thai Navy, Singapore Army and U.S. Navy, worked together to build a multi-purpose class room for the Wat Sombum Naram school in Rayong province, Thailand. Cobra Gold 2018 maintains focus on humanitarian civic action, community engagement and medical activities conducted during the exercise to support the needs and humanitarian interests of civilian populations around the region.
