Bill McQuilkin, commander of U.S. Naval Forces Korea, delivers remarks during a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the completion of Bachelor Enlisted Quarters at Commander Fleet Activities Chinhae. The new quarters were constructed by the Republic of Korea (ROK) government and provided to Fleet Activities Chinhae for the ROK and U.S. combined defense.
