A pin on ceremony was held on Maxwell AFB, Ala., at Bldg 1402, Wood Auditorium for Lt. Col. Soto Martin Fuentes, an International Student at the Air Command and Staff College from the Dominican Republic, Sept. 28, 2011. Assisting in the pinning on of colonel rank was Col. Reah Dobson, vice commandant, Air Command and Staff College on the left of Fuentes and on the right, Lt. Col. Dane Christensen, commander, 21st Student Squadron, Air Command and Staff College.
