Byrd Naval Station, Charleston, S.C....A U.S. Navy color guard stands on the pier as the crew of the frigate USS Brumby (FF-1044) mans the rails prior to ceremonies marking the decommissioning of the Brumby and the guided missile frigate USS Richard L.
