Petty Officer 2nd Class Christian Spear, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 74, observes boy scouts from Boy Scout Transatlantic Council Pack 280 sand their pinewood derby cars in the Builder Shop at Camp Mitchell, Spain. Seabees from NMCB 74 assisted more than 20 boys construct their cars for the annual pinewood derby to be held at a local middle school next month.
