People attending the Toby Keith concert at Fort McCoy, Wis., on Aug. 12, 2017, make their way through the gates at Constitution Park at the installation. The concert, coordinated by the Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation, had dozens of volunteers work every aspect of the concert, from concessions to ticket sales.
