MYRTLE There is, apparently, no period of rest insight for our companys Departments ofEngineering and Electrical Construction.With regard to the Pit river developmentnow in progress, the completion of onepower plant in the chain affords but a briefbreathing spell for our engineering forcesbefore word is sent out to commence workon the next in order. Pit No. Three was formally placed inservice August 1, 1925, and ever since thatdate has been industriously contributing itshourly quota of electrical energy to the Pa-cific Service pool. And now we are hardat work on Pit No. Four. The outstanding engineering features ofthis development are similar to those of itsimmediate predecessor.
