Navy History and Heritage Command tour

Congressman Scott Rigell, House of Representatives, second congressional district and a member of the House Armed Service Committee, is shown a German Navy U-boat headquarters war diary by Glenn Helm, Navy Department Library Director, in the library's special collections room during a tour of Navy History and Heritage Command (NHHC) at the Washington Navy Yard.
