National Testing Center Ribbon Cutting
Summary
BALTIMORE - Jim Selbe, vice president of military operations for the University of Maryland University College, and Coast Guard Cmdr. Brian Roche, deputy commander of Sector Baltimore, cut the ribbon for the opening of the National Testing Center in Elkridge, Md., May 3, 2011. The NTC contains 30 computers for local area military members to use to take College-Level Examination Program tests to help further their educational goals.
