(Oct. 30, 2002) Michael Reagan, eldest son of President Ronald Reagan, addresses Sailors assigned to the nuclear powered aircraft carrier Pre-commissioning Unit Ronald Reagan (CVN 76), named in honor of the nations 40th President. Michael Reagan was guest speaker for ceremonies held in the ships hangar bay marking the official move of ships company aboard the ship.
