WASHINGTON (Mar. 02, 2016) Members of the U.S. Marine Corps and Japan Self-Defense Force bands perform "Flower will Bloom" during a commemoration ceremony for the 5 year anniversary of Operation Tomodachi at the Pentagon. Operation Tomodachi was a humanitarian mission focused on aiding the people of Japan in the aftermath of the massive earthquake and tsunami that struck Fukushima Prefecture in early March of 2011.
