MEDITERRANEAN SEA (Apr. 06, 2011) Marine Corps Gunnery Sgt. Matthew Blais, left, and Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Handling) 1st Class Jesse Seagrave secure a cargo net around a load of waste oil barrels that will be transported by helicopter from the amphibious transport dock ship USS Ponce (LPD 15) to the Military Sealift Command dry cargo and ammunition ship USNS Robert E. Peary (T-AKE 5). Ponce is part of the Kearsarge Amphibious Ready Group, supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of responsibility.
