Madrona Park, Seattle, ca 1911 (MOHAI 2067)
Summary
Madrona Park was named for its madrona trees. The original owners of the private park built wooden beach swings, lakeside paths, a boat dock, and rustic shelters. Visitors could sit in the swings or follow the path along the lake between Madrona and Leschi.
