Lt. Col. Troy Havener, of the 132nd Fighter Wing (132FW), Des Moines, Iowa, inspects the right wing of an F-16 D aircraft in preparation to launch the first flight in history of 132FW F-16 aircraft and Williamtown Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Base, Australia F-18 aircraft during the Dissimilar Air Combat Training (DACT) mission at the Williamtown RAAF Base, Australia on Feb. 21, 2011.
