SEA OF JAPAN (Jul. 27, 2010) Lt. Cmdr. Kevin Wagner, left, assigned to Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, Republic of Korea Lt. Cmdr. Chul Sung Yang, Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force Capt.
