Summary
Isaac R. Barbour expresses his sentiment concerning the controversy between Phelps, Stowe and Beecher. He then makes suggestion with regard to changing the mode of action of the American Board of Commissioners for Foreign Missions. He asks that Phelps does not publish this letter.
