Leaders from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the Bureau of Reclamation tour the recently completed Folsom Dam Dike 8 August 13, 2020, guided by the project delivery team. The visit to Sacramento was the first for Brig. Gen. Paul Owen, the new commander of the USACE South Pacific Division. Accompanying Brig. Gen. Owen were Ernest Conant, California-Great Basin regional director for the Bureau of Reclamation; Cheree Peterson, SES, director of programs for the Division; and Col. James Handura, commander of the USACE Sacramento District.
