Lancashire Fusiliers presenting ship's bell to HMS Euryalus, 1941 IWM A 9530

The Ensign flown by the previous HMS Euryalus at Gallipoli was presented to the new Euryalus, and is here being hoisted.
The ceremony was for the Lancashire Fusiliers to present the ships bell and a silver model cutter to HMS Euryalus. The previous HMS Euryalus had transported the Lancashire Fusiliers to Gallipoli during the first world war.
