Print shows a winged globe with fleur-de-lis topped by a green liberty cap labeled "Liberté"; hanging beneath the globe is a balance supporting, on the left, members of the National Assembly demanding "Veto absolut", notably Abbé Maury, and on the right, members demanding "Veto Suspensif", notably Jacques-Guillaume Thouret.
