[Hurricane Katrina] Belle Chasse, LA, March 27, 2006 - Belle Chasse Primary School conducts a ribbon cutting celebration to dedicate 6 modular classrooms provided by FEMA to help accomodate the student overflow of displaced hurricane victims from New Orleans.  The US Army Corp of Engineers, FEMA, School and Board Members, Parent/Teacher Organization/Association, The Plaquemines Gazette and Times Picayune were all partners in the planning and construction of these additional classrooms and were honored and thanked for their contributions at the ceremony.
