South Carolina Army National Guard Soldiers and state fire department rescuers with the South Carolina Helicopter Aquatic Rescue Team (SC-HART) program, conduct training-rescue operations in Pickens County South Carolina, Jan. 18, 2018, prior to the government shutdown that took effect at 12:01 a.m., Jan. 20, 2018.
