Gen. O'Shaughnessy participates from his headquarters in an update to the President at FEMA Headquarters on the federal government's efforts for Hurricane Dorian. Even as USNORTHCOM conducts our primary mission of defending the homeland, our forces are prepared for Dorian and postured to respond at the speed of need.
