Summary
Photograph shows view of buildings and tents at the Hudson's Bay Company's post at Fort Vancouver, on the Columbia River. The British North American Boundary Commission survey crews arrived at Fort Vancouver in the spring of 1860 before continuing up the Columbia River to Colville where they maintained headquarters through 1861.
