Former US Navy (USN) Electrician's Mate 3rd Class (ET3) Fred Knutsen looks at one of the featured photos in the Picture Perfect exhibit. The Picture Perfect exhibit features the Navy in panoramic photographs, featuring some taken in the early 1900's that depict ships, buildings and people of Sewell's Point over the last 89 years. The exhibit is open to the public at the Hampton Roads Naval Museum, Norfolk, Virginia (VA)
