Miami (Jan. 25) -- The fishing vessel Oriental Man was loaded with shrimp when the CGC Nantucket (WPB 1316) discovered the boat fishing in a protected area off the Florida coast near the Dry Tortugas Shrimp Sanctuary. "The Coast Guard is the primary agency for at-sea enforcement, assisting NOAA in enforcing regional fisheries management laws and regulations," said LCDR David Cinalli, 7th District fisheries enforcement section.
