BOSTON (May. 23, 2012) Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) the Honorable Ray Mabus and Dr. Drew Gilpin Faust, president of Harvard University, look on as Ensign Evan Roth gives Sgt. Taylor Evans the traditional silver dollar for rendering the newly commissioned officer his first salute during a tri-service commissioning ceremony at Harvard University.
